Kickboxing

Loughborough Students Freestyle Kickboxing, founded in 2001, is one of the most popular and exciting clubs in the Athletic Union. The club offers a challenging training schedule for both fighters and non-fighters.

Beginner or advanced LSFK has something to offer. The club includes a fully equipped training centre with a padded floor, a selection of punch bags, focus pads, kick shields, skipping ropes, medicine balls, stretching machines and protective equipment. The club is a fantastic way to improve confidence, increase fitness and meet some new people.

Furthermore, the club has a packed social calendar with friendly trainers and members, ensuring that joining is an enjoyable experience. The club does not tolerate big egos or attitudes, making it a great place to learn and improve.
