We strongly believe that everybody at Loughborough has an enterprising streak. Being enterprising isn't just about running your own business, or wearing a suit in a board room. It's about having the skills, the resilience and the imagination to bring ideas into reality and to overcome obstacles in your way. We aim to inspire students to recognise their potential and to see how other people in similar situations to your own have started projects and businesses.

Emma has loved supporting students in enterprising activities for five years. She graduated in Fashion Textiles and ran her own business for several years. She is more than happy to answer any questions you have about anything to do with enterprise. No question is a silly question. Most importantly, Emma loves dogs, Haribo and being Enterprise Mum.
We have an open-door policy, offering free advice to students for all enterprising activity in any of our drop-in sessions. Drop-ins are once a week. Email either emmabishop@lsu.co.uk or ashleighponder@lsu.co.uk to find out when slots are next available.
