Better vegan/plant-based food options beyond sandwiches/wraps

We all know by now that eating less meat and dairy is good for both our health and the planet. You wouldn't think so in some of the shops on campus! Where there are options they're often weak (looking at your curry and chilli, Munch!) I've honestly made better curries while camping!

Furthermore research is showing plant-based proteins like quorn are BETTER at muscle building than the golden standard whey protein, so are we doing students a double disservice? I think so ;)

Plus, it'll help reduce the emissions of Loughborough massively even if it only results in a modest reduction in beef and dairy eating (which are both hugely polluting and wasteful [source: Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations)

So yeah vote for this! ;)
