Has Loughborough Got Talent?

It's time to see some of the best acts in Loughborough Students' Union perform in a showcase of talent, all for the cause of raising money for charity.

Taking part is always what counts, but this year there will also be a winner who will be chosen by the prestigious panel of judges who will be watching the show on the night. The judges this year are: LSU President: Salomé Doré, LSU Vice-President: Darcey Dunne, LSU Welfare & Diversity EO: Matt Youngs and special guest judge VC Bob.

LSU Welfare & Diversity is hosting this annual event that will include singing, dancing, comedy, magic, education and a raffle to raise money for Barts Cancer Institute.

When: Tuesday 26th November - 7pm (doors open at 6.45pm)

Where: Room 1, Loughborough Students' Union

Charity: Barts Cancer Institute

Entrance: £2 charity donation on the door

Other: bring cash for raffle tickets.

Auditions

Auditions are open until Thursday 7th November.

You can enter the auditions to Lboro's Got Talent by filming and sending a 30-second video of you or your group performing. The final cast for the show will be chosen out of all the video auditions. (Note: for all band acts, we advise that you will need to bring all instruments. The show will provide 2 microphones and an amp into which a guitar can be plugged.)

If you would like to enter the auditions (and/or have any questions), please send an email to chrismcleod@lsu.co.uk. The final cast will be decided in the first week of November.

Good Luck!
