Welcome to LSU Yoga Society!

LSU Yoga Society runs three weekly classes in Ashtanga, Hatha and Power Flow Yoga styles. All taught by our amazing professional instructors Paul and Ryan! We also run events, socials and trips throughout the year, although this year has proven difficult… we still have lots of fun things planned!

 

Monday – 1.15-2.45pm - Ashtanga yoga (Taught by Paul)

 

Wednesday – 1.15-2.45 pm - Hatha yoga (Taught by Paul)

 

Friday – 4.30-6pm - Power Flow yoga (Taught by Ryan)

 

These are all currently held via Teams (for Paul’s classes) and Zoom 

(for Ryan’s classes).
